Exchanges We currently offer exchanges for size only, depending on product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no additional cost.
